Richard Kohlhoff: Owner

Rich first opened Golfer's & Skier's Outlet in 1984 with a dream of sharing his love for golfing and skiing with the Oshkosh community and beyond. Before becoming a business owner, Rich had a colorful career, from teaching school to repping for Yamaha and even producing his own cross-country skis and boots. Since launching the outlet, it's seen many exciting changes, including multiple moves and even adding a bike shop for a time. Today, Rich is still actively involved in the business, but he makes sure to carve out time for traveling, golfing, and enjoying family time.
Chelsea Kohlhoff: General Manager

Chelsea joined the Golfer's & Skier's Outlet team at the end of 2011. She started out with eBay sales for the family business and quickly climbed the ranks to become our General Manager. When she's not running the show, Chelsea loves rollerblading, biking, skiing, golfing, hiking, and whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen.
Jake Hansen: Golf Manager

Jake joined the Golfer's & Skier's Outlet team at just 18 years old, starting as a Sales Associate back in 2006. He quickly climbed the ranks, becoming our Golf Manager after learning the ropes from the legendary Pat McAvoy. When he's not at the shop, Jake loves spending time with his wife and two sons, hitting the golf course, and catching the latest sports action.
Greg Bothner: Ski Wizard

Greg has been with the Golfer's & Skier's Outlet team since day one in 1984. As a vital part of our crew, he’s tackled everything from management and product purchasing to ski services and helping customers find the perfect ski and snowboard gear. When he’s not busy with ski and snowboard sales in the winter, Greg loves spending time at his cabin, traveling, and hitting the slopes.
Dan Hoffman: Ski Service Manager

Dan joined Golfer’s & Skier’s Outlet in October 2022 as a Ski Sales Associate, where his knowledge and passion for skiing quickly stood out. He soon moved into the Ski Service Manager role, taking the lead on tuning, repairs, and keeping the service shop running smoothly. Today, Dan wears many hats, managing ski service, helping customers find the right gear, and pitching in with business maintenance when needed. In his free time, Dan enjoys skiing, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.
Justin Baroun: E-Commerce Manager

Justin joined Golfer’s & Skier’s Outlet in late 2020 as an Assistant Manager, helping customers find the right golf and ski gear. Today, he serves as our E‑Commerce Manager, overseeing and improving our online experience. Outside of work, Justin enjoys skiing, working on his golf game, hiking, and traveling.
Gabrielle Redd: GM Assistant

Gabby joined Golfer’s & Skier’s Outlet in December of 2024, stepping in as our Inventory Manager to help wrangle our fast‑growing product lineup and keep our POS running smoothly. She’s since moved into the GM Assistant role, where she focuses on sharpening our processes, strengthening operations, and helping push the business forward. When she’s off the clock, you’ll usually find Gabby skiing, hiking, camping, or exploring new places.
Jack Stettbacher: Marketing Intern

Jack joined the Golfer's & Skier's Outlet team in August of 2024. Jack manages our social media pages, designs ads, creates email campaigns and more. Jack is a Junior at UW-Oshkosh set to graduate in December of 2026 with a degree in marketing and sports analytics. When he isn't working you can find him out on the golf course or shooting archery in his backyard.
