At Golfer's & Skier's Outlet, we want to get your gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely at your doorstep.

Shipping Options

Continental U.S. Customers

We offer straightforward flat-rate shipping options based on your order total:

  • Orders under $100 – $6.00 flat rate shipping.
  • Orders $100 and over – FREE standard shipping.

Non-Continental U.S. Customers

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories:

  • Orders under $600 – $40.00 flat rate shipping.
  • Orders $600 and over – FREE standard shipping.

International Customers

We do not offer automated international shipping through our website. If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please reach out to us by phone or email to receive a custom shipping quote:

Delivery Timeline

Orders typically take 4–7 days to be delivered from the date of purchase. This timeline is divided into two parts:

  • Order Fulfillment – 1–2 business days to process, pack, and prepare your gear at our facility.
  • Carrier Shipment – 3–5 business days for transit and delivery once picked up by the carrier.

Please note that we do not offer expedited or overnight shipping options at this time.

Carriers & Tracking

To keep our flat rates affordable, we select the most efficient carrier for your order based on package size, weight, and destination. Our primary carrier methods include:

  • USPS – Ground Advantage or Priority Mail
  • UPS – Ground
  • FedEx – Ground

Once your order is processed and a shipping label is created, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Shipping Issues & Liability

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect gear, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue immediately at no extra cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier tracking network, Golfer's & Skier's Outlet cannot accept responsibility for stolen or missing packages. We highly recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier branch prior to contacting us.

In-Store Pickup

Skip the shipping times entirely by picking up your online orders directly at our retail store. Just bring your proof of purchase and a valid ID to our pickup counter.

FAQs

  • Can I expedite my shipping? No, we currently only offer standard flat rate and free shipping tiers to keep costs low.
  • What if I input the wrong shipping address? Please call us immediately. If the package has already shipped, the buyer will be responsible for additional re-shipping charges if it is returned to sender.
  • Will I get a tracking number? Yes! A confirmation email containing your tracking details will automatically send as soon as your fulfillment label generates.
