Our Return and Refund Policy was last updated November 8th, 2025.
We want you to love your gear. That’s why we offer a 365-day return window on most items purchased from golfandskioutlet.com or in-store. We ask that you submit your return in a timely manner whenever possible. Items must be returned in unused condition, with all original tags and manufacturer packaging. Return labels are available for a small fee.
Return Options
U.S. Customers
You can return eligible items by mail or in person:
- Request a return label – We offer UPS or USPS return labels for most items. To request a label, email customerservice@golfandskioutlet.com. A small fee will be deducted when using our label (See return pricing). This is typically the cheapest option unless items are dropped off in-store.
- Ship it your way – Use your preferred carrier and cover the shipping cost. Keep your tracking number and pack items securely with all original packaging and tags.
- Drop off in-store – Bring your return to our Oshkosh store during business hours. No need to start a return online: just bring the item, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

In-Store & Online Returns
Items purchased in-store are eligible for:
- Full refund within 30 days of purchase
- Store credit within 365 days of purchase
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Accompanied by the original purchase receipt
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include all original packaging and tags, and pack carefully to avoid damage in transit.

Return Eligibility
You can return most items within 365 days of purchase if they meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- All tags and packaging included
- Proof of purchase provided
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable or expired goods
- Unsealed items that pose hygiene risks (e.g., socks, base layers)
- Items inseparably mixed with others after delivery
Returns may be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style? The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures your replacement ships immediately and doesn’t go out of stock.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your original payment method is no longer valid, we’ll issue a gift card instead.
Gift Returns
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the return. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will go to them.
FAQs
- Can I return more than one item in the same box? Yes! Just make sure each item is included in your return request and packed securely.
- What if I received the wrong or damaged item? Contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right, on us.
- Do you accept used items for return? No, but we’re happy to help with warranty issues. Reach out and we’ll guide you through the process.
- How long does it take to get my refund? Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.
- What if I paid with a gift card? We’ll refund as much as possible to your original payment method. Any remaining balance will be issued as a new gift card.
