Golf Simulator Information
Availability
- Simulators are open to schedule tee times from October 1st to Mid-March of the next year (We don't do bay rentals during the summer since we leave them open for club testing and fittings)
- Tee times can be scheduled online, by phone, or in-store
- Simulators can only be used during store hours (Monday-Saturday: 10am - 8pm, Sunday: 10am - 6pm)
Disclaimers
- Tee times are scheduled based on 30 minute time, slots not the amount of players or holes played
- Payment must be made before participants play their scheduled session
- Golf simulators fill up fast on the weekends, so make sure to schedule ahead to get your desired tee time
- Customers are not allowed to go longer than their reserved simulator time (Other customers may be scheduled right after your tee time)
- Customers who are testing clubs should book a free club testing to ensure ample testing time
- Bay rentals can have a minimum of 1 player or maximum of 6 players
Memberships
- Memberships are paid on a monthly basis from November 1st through the end of February
- Memberships cancelled in the middle of a month will be active through the rest of the month
- Memberships automatically renew every month unless cancelled before the payment date which is the 1st of every month
- For in-store membership discounts you must show sales staff proof of your active membership
- When doing a bay rental or simulator booking members will have member rates displayed
Gift Cards
- Gift cards purchased through TrackMan booking link are only valid for golf simulator bookings (Indoor Golf, Fittings, Lessons)
- In-store or online gift cards can be used for simulator bookings, but they need to be booked in-store or by phone
- Gift cards aren't eligible for refunds unless they are exchanged for an in-store/online gift card
