Job Duties

  • Update and add products to our point of sale/inventory management system through Microsoft Excel.
  • Add images to every product for sales support and online store purposes.
  • Add new products to our online store and ensure pricing is accurate and abides by its respective company pricing policies.
  • Create purchase orders for staff to receive new product into our inventory as it comes into the store
  • Ensure pricing & current sales of all items in inventory are accurately represented
  • Work with sales staff on conducting inventory counts to ensure proper inventory counts
  • Assist sales staff with any inventory related questions

Job Specifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel primarily) and Photoshop
  • Ability to problem solve and navigate adverse situations
  • Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate changes to the rest of the staff
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Can lift up to 50 pounds
