Job Duties

  • Binding installation, Base resurfacing and structuring, Edge and base repair, Wax and edge sharpening, Snowboard binding repair, and more.
  • Help develop service employees on different processes to increase their confidence and ability in the service department
  • Provide expert technical information to customers and staff members
  • Ensuring profitability through overhead expense (time/parts/materials) analysis
  • Staying up-to-date on service industry trends, products, technologies as well as understanding how they impact the service department.

Job Specifications

  • Experience with tuning ski and snowboard equipment is required
  • Ability to be a self starter and handle varying volumes of jobs at a time
  • Knowledge of ski/snowboard companies and the differences in their equipment
  • Ability to work on their feet for long periods of time
  • Can lift up to 50 pounds
