Job Duties

• Count and record weekly cash deposits • Enter vendor invoices into Quickbooks with accuracy and efficiency • Review monthly statements and contact vendors as needed • Enter sales, deposits, and other financial information with consistency and accuracy • Able to assist with related accounting tasks as directed

Job Specifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel primarily) • Experience with Quickbooks/Quickbooks Online (preferred) • Self starter with the ability to work in an independent enviroment • Ability to be efficient and accurate in inputting financial data • Pursuing or completed degree in accounting, finance, or other related field.
